Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026. This policy explains what information Trinity Plumbing LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use thetrinityplumbingllc.com or ask us for plumbing service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you send a service request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, service address (street, city, state, county and ZIP), property type, preferred dates and times, whether the water is off, how you heard about us, access instructions, a description of the problem, any photos or videos you upload, and whether you agree to receive text messages from us.
When we do work for you, we keep the records that go with it: estimates, job notes and photos, invoices, payments, and your approvals or change requests on estimates and invoices.
When you pay online, payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout page. Your card number goes directly to Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive a confirmation of the payment and its amount.
Automatically, like most websites, our server records technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, the page requested, and the date and time. We use this to keep the site secure (for example, to block spam and repeated failed sign-ins) and to fix problems.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, and contact you about it by phone, text or email.
- To prepare estimates and invoices, take payments, and keep business, accounting and tax records.
- To check and suggest your address so we arrive at the right place, and to estimate travel distance to the job.
- To protect the website, our customers and our business from fraud, spam and misuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising or marketing. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from us (for example by ticking the box on our request form), we text you from our business number, (859) 681-9250, about your request and our work for you: scheduling and arrival times, estimates, invoices, payment links and receipts. We do not send marketing texts unless you ask us to. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is not required to get service.
To stop, reply STOP to any of our messages; we will confirm and send no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (859) 681-9250, or email [email protected].
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your agreement to receive texts with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with our phone and text message provider, to deliver our messages to you.
Phone calls
Calls to and from our business number may be recorded and transcribed by our phone provider so we have an accurate record of your request. When a call is recorded, you will hear a short notice at the start of the call.
Services that help us run this website
We share only what each one needs to do its job for us:
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, so your visits pass through its network.
- Stripe processes online card payments.
- Microsoft 365 delivers our business email, including notices about new service requests.
- Quo provides our business phone number: it carries our calls and text messages with you, and keeps call recordings and transcripts when a call is recorded.
- Google Drive stores a private, off-site copy of our business backups (customer, job and invoice records, job photos and receipts), so nothing is lost if our equipment fails. Only we can access it.
- The U.S. Census Bureau's address service receives the address you type in the request form, to suggest and check it.
- A map routing service receives map coordinates of a job location (not your name or contact details) to estimate driving distance.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or with professional advisers such as our accountant.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics services. The site uses only cookies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping staff signed in and protecting forms from misuse.
How we protect your information
The site is only available over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to customer records is limited to our staff, who sign in with individual accounts, and sensitive saved settings are encrypted. We keep backups, including an off-site copy, so records are not lost. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
How long we keep it
We keep service, invoice and payment records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting, tax and legal requirements. If you send a request and we never do work for you, you can ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do so unless we must keep certain records by law (for example, invoices and payment records). To make a request, call or email us using the details below.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging plumbing service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
